Team plans combine billing and shared templates while keeping each clinician’s clinical workspace separate. Quill does not record therapy appointments or serve as the permanent clinical record.

- No. It works from a summary the clinician supplies after the appointment, either by speaking or typing.
- Can I store my clinical notes in Quill?
- No. Quill does not retain submitted summaries or generated clinical notes. Review the document and save it in your existing record system.
